Option 2: Quickly rinse the tea with water at 90–95°C for around 5 seconds, then discard the water.

This allows the tea leaves to open evenly and removes any fine dust from processing.

Step 3 — Brew

Use water at approximately 95°C and steep for 30–60 seconds for a lighter flavour.

For a stronger brew, steep for 2–3 minutes. You may also experiment with lower temperatures or cold brewing to discover different layers of sweetness and aroma.

Step 4 — Multiple Infusions

After each brew, leave the lid slightly open to preserve the tea’s fragrance.
