Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and in their original condition
Be returned in the original packaging
Include all accessories and components received

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened tea products
Used or consumed products
Customized or personalized items
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
